They are building a new standard of Business Parks for small businesses and sole traders looking for a high-quality premises to showcase their products.
What were they trying to resolve: –
To produce cost effective ways to provide more floor space in a percentage of the units they were to build at the Sky Park in Exeter.

Western Industrial helped design and come up with different Devon mezzanine options for an initial base build installation along with working with new occupiers to come up with custom solutions to their requirements.
We installed the following various fire protection and mezzanines in Exeter on this development on a rolling basis until completed.
