We offer an in-house design service, which eliminates the need for an architect and ensures the process is further streamlined.

Health and Safety is of paramount importance on any project. We have over 30 years experience in dealing with Health and Safety aspects while on site. All of our management and staff undergo regular Health and Safety training to ensure each site is as safe as it can be.

Not only are all our Management and Staff Health and Safety trained, we will also recommend health and safety elements as part of the project. This can range from, using fire retardant suspended ceiling tiles, to fire doors, emergency lighting, adequate ventilation and more.

We can visit you on site to discuss and specific Health and Safety requirements and upon project completion, we will supply you with all the relevant certificates. An estimate will be presented to you before any work is undertaken, for complete piece of mind.

Our in-house design service allows customers to have access to the same facilities as you would find with an architect. However, the added benefit is that, we will also be specifying the project requirements, requiring fewer plans being drawn up, saving you time and money.

As we will be aware of the constraints, such as location of elements, budget, dimensions, product limitations, health and safety, etc, we’ll design the project to take these constraints into account. And because our design service is in-house, amendments can be made swiftly.

We can visit you on site to discuss the design requirements and highlight any concerns and issues from the outset. Once plans are drawn up, you will be supplied copies for your records. An estimate will be presented to you before any work is undertaken, for peace of mind.

We plan each project with meticulous detail, to ensure that it runs smoothly, all the components are delivered on site at the correct time, to eliminate costly mistakes and to keep the customer informed of key milestones throughout the course of the project.

Not only do we keep you informed, we have regular planning meetings with various teams on-site, so they are kept abreast of how the project is progressing. We can meet with you at regular intervals to show progress and discuss any aspects that you are unsure about.

At our initial meetings, we will discuss products, view images and samples. In some cases, this may dictate lead times as some elements may take longer to source. An estimate will be presented to you before any work is undertaken, for complete peace of mind.
