Western Industrial has a long-standing relationship with leading floor and wall tile manufacturer, Original Style, who are based in Exeter, Devon. Therefore, when they needed extra office space, they contacted us to install a new office mezzanine, glass partition walls and interior finishing’s.
We discussed the options for providing much needed extra office space so we decided to expand their offices by cutting through the main dividing wall separating the offices and the warehouse and change the use of a storage mezzanine floor to provide the space. This involved building a new fire wall around the mezzanine and fitting new partition walls, suspended ceilings and carpets. We formed new windows for natural light and provided all the electrical items and an air conditioning system to complete the full fit out.
The changes have made a big difference to Original Style, who are delighted with the results. It has enabled them to expand their existing premises to meet growth demands and avoid the expensive cost of relocation.
