Western Industrial were given the task of creating extra office space as part of our clients expansion plans without impeding the existing warehouse operation.
As part of a year long refurbishment project we provided our client, who is a leading tractor parts supplier based in Exeter, with a split level mezzanine floor to provide 4,500 square feet of office space as part of their expansion. The split level mezzanine floor was critical to the continued operation of the warehouse effectively creating a tunnel for the use of forklifts for deliveries.
Our work involved all the disciplines including, partitioning, suspended ceiling, electrical, floor coverings and new external windows within existing building cladding.
A spacious office and conference area built around the needs of the warehouse for continued operation.
