About the company we are working with:-
Alfaholics are a car restorer with a difference. Their great attention to detail incorporating new and old in to the classic cars of yesteryear makes them class leading in their field.
What were they trying to resolve:-
They came to us looking create a new office and customer focused, temperature controlled showroom with photo booth to display the high quality cars they restore. Also on the wish list was to improve the lighting and feel of the ground floor workshop using a Suspended Ceiling.
What was the solution:–
Alfaholics had a distinct vision of what they wanted to create, listening to their ideas we created a partition wall system and suspended ceiling lined first floor showroom. Using block slatted cladding boards to create a brick effect finish and a fibre free suspended ceiling tile to limit dust and particle’s settling on the cars.
We created the temperature-controlled environment using a mixture of AC units and fresh air inlets to keep humidity down. The lighting used was a warm white 2700k luminaire.
A car lift was installed to get cars from the workshop up to the showroom and photo booth maximising space and usability.
Underneath within the workshop Western Industrial installed a new suspended ceiling covering the existing warehouse mezzanine floor and mechanical and electrical rewiring services. New 4000k luminaires were installed to our design giving a hug uplift in light while limiting shadowing while working on the cars.

What was the result:-
A new and purpose built showroom to display their fantastic array of cars for customers and themselves along with allowing them to be stored in the perfect conditions for years to come. This project incorporated Devon suspended ceiling installation services, as well as Somerset mezzanine floor expertise.
A refreshed workshop environment for their engineers to work in an improved environment and lighting conditions.
