The Western Industrial Group are big advocates for looking after their team – recently enjoying an afternoon out, Karting in Exeter. Not only was this a good way to introduce the electrical subcontractors to the marketing team, and the Mezzanine fitters to the painters and decorators, engaging in a bit of friendly competition – but it gave the management a chance to treat the team to a ‘lads evening’ out and to thank them for their ongoing hard work throughout the year.
